Frequently Asked Questions
When can I pickup my project?
This project will need to be fired in one of our kilns. We do fire the kilns every night so your glass piece should be ready next day! Kilns will be loaded and started at 5pm. As long as its in before 5pm your project should be ready after 3pm the following day. This does not include extra firings with Slumps or other glass add ons.
Glass is held for 90 days only so don’t forget to pickup your project!
how long does this project take?
This can vary greatly based on your personal creativity and the size of the piece you create. In general, if you plan 60-90 mins, this is a good average time.
You are welcome to take as long as you need to create your project. There are no time limits or to how many you would like to create!
Do I need to reserve a time to do this project?
No reservations are needed but you are certainly welcome to. We do highly encourage reservations for groups of five or more and during our peak times in Summer and holidays.
Can I bring in food or drinks into the lab?
You can bring closed-container drinks and some food as space allows. If you do bring in Goodys please be sure to see our team profiles to see what our favorite milkshakes are!
If you are looking to celebrate a party with food & drinks we would love to have you in the lab. However we highly encourage you to book a private time or work with our team to review options and make the most of your party! We can also come to you and your group!
